Shipping and Processing

Colom and Brit Interiors offers standard shipping and freight shipping on all products. Most items ship directly from our manufacturers, therefore shipping times may vary and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time on every product page.

It is important to note that an estimated shipping time cannot be guaranteed by Colom and Brit Interiors. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control and may lead to additional production time. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists.

 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We regret that we cannot ship to post office boxes. Flat Rate and free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states. Please inquire here for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international orders as additional shipping fees apply. 

 

BACK ORDERS
At Colom and Brit Interiors, we strive to keep our website updated with items that are in-stock. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with the new shipment date. If you do not wish to wait until the new shipment date, you may cancel the order and your card will be refunded.

 

IN-HOME DELIVERIES
Most furniture items will be delivered inside your home. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice (transport for up to 2 flights of stairs) and discard the packing materials for you. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a delivery date and time. It is important that you are punctual during your delivery appointment. You will be accountable for a late fee if the delivery company has to wait beyond the appointment time.

 

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders placed within the state of Ohio.
